The system comprises a pipeline vibration sensor, valve vibration sensors and a microprocessor; the pipeline vibration sensor is arranged on a branch mounted on a thermotechnical main system or in the upstream and/or downstream position of an isolation valve mounted in the thermotechnical main system; the valve vibration sensors are arranged on a valve rod and a valve body of the isolation valve; the pipeline vibration sensor and the valve vibration sensors upload detected vibration signals to the microprocessor for processing, and the inner leakage condition of the isolation valve is monitored.
