Numerical control manipulators are adopted to drive inductors on three quenching units to conduct single-tooth induction scanning quenching on a large gear along tooth grooves at the same time, so that the time of the whole gear quenching technology is saved by about 2/3, the quenched gear can be tempered in time, and the occurrence of quenching cracking is greatly avoided.
