Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving the aldrin impact of a martensitic stainless steel bar. The method comprises the following steps of putting a sample of a cylindrical long bar into a stainless steel sleeve, and putting the stainless steel sleeve into a quenching furnace for first heat preservation; placing the sample subjected to primary heat preservation and cooling in a tempering furnace for secondary heat preservation; and carrying out finish machining on the sample subjected to secondary heat preservation and cooling to obtain a tensile sample and an aldrin impact sample. According to the treatment method for the martensitic stainless steel bar provided by the embodiment of the invention, the amount of austenite and the twin substructure in lath martensite are improved, the aldrin impact level of the bar is improved, and the percent of pass is 100%.
