The lime utilization rate and the steel slag separation effect in each smelting stage are efficiently improved through operations such as titanium fixation, early slag rising and conventional gun pressing mode changing. Early slugging and early slagging in the earlier stage of smelting are promoted, the dephosphorization period is prolonged, the utilization rate of slag charge in the earlier stage of smelting is greatly improved, and deep dephosphorization is carried out by utilizing earlier-stage favorable conditions.
