The rubber deicing airbag sequentially comprises outer layer rubber, middle layer rubber, a composite skeleton layer, base cloth and bottom layer rubber, the outer layer rubber adopts chloroprene rubber, the middle layer rubber adopts natural rubber and chloroprene rubber, and the composite skeleton layer comprises surface cloth, isolation cloth and air chamber base cloth which are formed by sewing a high-strength nylon fabric material, an air channel is formed between the surface cloth and the isolation cloth, and the air channel is communicated with the exterior of the airbag through an air tap; and the bottom layer rubber is made of low-temperature chloroprene rubber, and the bottom cloth is made of nylon and is bonded with a deicing area of a wing or an empennage.
