Zusammenfassung: | An optical distance measurement device (100) comprises: a light emission optical system (20) that projects pattern light having an irradiation region and a non-irradiation region; a light reception sensor (40) that has arrayed light reception elements 41; a light reception optical system (30) that receives reflected light of the pattern light from a target object, enlarges a portion of the reflected light corresponding to the irradiation region to be larger than one light reception element, and makes the enlarged portion enter the light reception sensor (40); a distance measurement unit (55) that measures the distance to the target object on the basis of the output from the light reception sensor; and a position adjustment unit (33) that adjusts the positions of at least portions of the light emission optical system and the light reception optical system on the basis of the output from the light reception sensor.
