Specifically, a compound II serving as a raw material and a compound I are subjected to a condensation reaction, then ester is reduced into aldehyde by using a reducing agent, the aldehyde and a compound V product are subjected to a condensation reaction, hydroxyl is removed, and pecedatinib is obtained. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, mild reaction, environmental friendliness and certain safety, and is suitable for industrial production.
