The transmission device comprises a first power source, a second power source, a third power source, a gear shifting assembly, a transmission assembly and a differential assembly, and the first power source, the third power source, the gear shifting assembly and the transmission assembly are all constructed with a transmission inner shell as a carrier. In the transmission device, an EM1 motor is connected with a PGS planet row sun gear through an EM1 motor shaft, the engine is connected with a PGS planet row planet carrier through an engine input shaft and further connected with the transmission assembly through a first transmission gear, the EM2 motor is connected with the transmission assembly through a second transmission gear, and the transmission assembly is connected with a transmission assembly of a vehicle axle.
