The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) burdening: respectively mixing and burdening a PVC surface layer component and a PVC foaming layer component in parts by weight; (2) calendaring and cloth pasting: calendaring and molding the PVC surface layer component and the PVC foaming layer component through a calendaring machine respectively, and then pasting base cloth, a foaming layer and a surface layer through a pasting machine to obtain a semi-finished product; (3) surface treatment, foaming and embossing; sequentially carrying out primary surface treatment, foaming and embossing treatment on the semi-finished product in the step (3) in the same process; (4) secondary surface treatment; and (5) base cloth stripping.
