Extending working channel and medical system

Disclosed is an rxtending working channel which includes a first conductive layer, a first non-conductive layer, wherein the first non-conductive layer is arranged on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer, arranged on the first non-conductive layer; a second non-conductive layer arranged on the second conductive layer; an ultrasonic sensor positioned on a distal portion of the second non-conductive layer; a first through hole connecting the ultrasonic sensor to the first conductive layer; and a second through hole connecting the ultrasonic sensor to the second conductive layer. The second through hole connects the ultrasonic sensor to the second conductive layer.
