Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a microwave ablation area defining method based on a tissue reduction scattering coefficient. According to the invention, scattering characteristic changes of liver tissues in a microwave ablation heat injury process and correlation between the scattering characteristic changes and tissue damage degrees are quantitatively analyzed by measuring near infrared spectrum and optical characteristics of ex-vitro porcine liver tissues before and after microwave ablation for the first time, a diffuse reflection spectrum is adopted to calculate reduced scattering coefficients, distribution characteristics of the reduced scattering coefficients of the tissues in different ablation areas after microwave ablation are analyzed to find that the reduced scattering coefficients are closely associated with ablation damage degrees, and the reduced scattering coefficients of the tissues in the different areas have respective fixed numerical values, on the base of which microwave ablation area defining mod
