Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a phase control method for a load-bearing power generation device. The method comprises the steps that the gait cycle of human motion is monitored and recognized through an acceleration sensor when a human body bears the load-bearing power generation device, and the gait cycle stage of the human body is judged; the gait cycle stage comprises an impact phase, a bearing phase, a recoil phase and other phases; in the impact phase, the external resistor of the load-bearing power generation device is adjusted to a low resistance value, and the impact of load on the human body is reduced; in the bearing phase, the resistance of the load-bearing power generation device is adjusted to a high resistance value, and the power generation power is improved; in the recoil phase, the resistance of the load-bearing power generation device is adjusted to a low resistance value, the power generation power of the load-bearing power generation device is reduced, and the human body bioenergy consumption is
