The outer wall of the wedge-shaped conductive sleeve is provided with a circular tube for insertion of the galvanized round steel, one end, far away from the wedge-shaped conductive sleeve, of the galvanized round steel is connected with the connector, and the small-diameter end of the wedge-shaped conductive sleeve is used for penetration of one end, far away from the grounding grid, of the graphite belt and penetrates out of the small-diameter end of the wedge-shaped conductive sleeve again, so that a bending section is formed on the graphite belt in the wedge-shaped conductive sleeve.
