Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of optical fiber sensing, and particularly relates to a high-sensitivity temperature sensor based on a hollow-core optical fiber and a manufacturing method thereof. The sensor comprises a hollow-core optical fiber and a single-mode optical fiber, the hollow-core optical fiber is filled with liquid with a specific refractive index, and two ends of the hollow-core optical fiber are welded with the single-mode optical fiber; the single-mode fibers at two ends are respectively connected with a light source and a spectrograph; and when incident light of a light source passes through the hollow-core optical fiber, interference occurs, a loss peak is generated at a specific wavelength, when the temperature of the environment where the hollow-core optical fiber is located changes, the effective refractive index of the hollow-core optical fiber changes, drifting of an interference transmission peak is caused, and therefore temperature measurement is achieved.
