The system comprises an inertial measurement unit, an inertial data acquisition and processing unit and a navigation calculation unit, wherein the inertial measurement unit is connected with the inertial data acquisition and processing unit and is used for measuring inertial data and outputting digital or analog signals corresponding to the inertial data; the inertial data acquisition and processing unit is connected with the navigation resolving unit and is used for completing acquisition, conversion and filtering processing of digital or analog signals generated by the inertial measurement unit; and the navigation calculation unit is used for calculating the speed, the position and the posture at the current moment on the basis of the data outputted by the data acquisition and processing unit.
