The embedded part base for testing the dynamic stiffness of the foundation comprises two fixing parts which are oppositely arranged, and the two fixing parts are connected and fixed through a plurality of connecting parts, a plurality of embedded parts are connected to each fixing part, and the two fixing parts are further provided with a bearing plate used for installing a vibration exciter. According to the embedded part base for testing the dynamic stiffness of the foundation, the stability, the accuracy and the fidelity of vertical vibration and horizontal rotary vibration signals can be improved.
