Synthesis process of light-cured acrylic foaming pressure-sensitive adhesive

The invention discloses a synthesis process of a light-cured acrylic foaming pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the process comprises the following steps: synthesizing a prepolymer by using a photo-initiation bulk polymerization method and using common monomers in the preparation of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive as raw materials, and then mixing a foaming material treated by a coupling agent with the prepolymer, a photoinitiator and other materials; and performing curing under an ultraviolet lamp to obtain the foaming pressure-sensitive adhesive. The preparation method of the foaming pressure-sensitive adhesive is simple and feasible in process, high in curing speed, high in curing efficiency and low in pollution and energy consumption.
