Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant film and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of films. The film comprises a base film, wherein the two sides of the base film are each provided with an anti-blocking agent layer; the base film is prepared from, by weight, 100-150 parts of PET, 60-80 parts of polyethylene, 30-40 parts of silicon dioxide, 12-20 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 6-12 parts of glass beads, 1-3 parts of COFs, 1-3 parts of a flatting agent, 5-10 parts of a coupling agent and 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent. By adding the silicon dioxide, the nano calcium carbonate, the glass beads and the COFs, the high-temperature resistance of the PET film can be effectively improved, the PET film can still be kept free of thermal deformation under the condition of 150-180 DEG C; meanwhile, the COFs can improve the stability and strength of the PET film, and therefore, the problem that the strength is reduced due to addition of other auxiliary materials is solved.
