Zusammenfassung:According to a preparation method of the silkworm cocoon extract hydrogel provided by the invention, by introducing carboxymethyl chitosan and utilizing hydrogen bond interaction formed between silk fibroin or sericin and carboxymethyl chitosan, the voltage required for forming the hydrogel and the concentration of silk fibroin or sericin in a solution when the voltage is applied are reduced. Compared with the existing related technology for preparing the silk fibroin hydrogel through an electrodeposition method, the preparation method has the advantages that the hydrogel can be formed at the anode under lower driving voltage, and the silk fibroin or sericin hydrogel with excellent performance and uniform structure is prepared. The cost can be reduced, the energy is saved, and the preparation difficulty is reduced; according to the method, more silk fibroin or sericin hydrogel can be obtained under the same resource condition, so that the silk fibroin or sericin hydrogel can be suitable for large-scale indust
