The manufacturing method of the fluid transmission component comprises the following steps that S1, a round tube is preheated to a softening temperature; S2, after the round tube is softened, the interior of the softened round tube is sleeved with a protective lining core with a round section; S3, the round tube sleeved with the protective lining core is extruded through a prefabricated pressing die so as to enable the round tube to deform into the fluid transmission component; and S4, the fluid transmission component is cooled for a predetermined time. 本申请公开一种流体传输构件及其制作方法，其中所述流体传输构件的制作方法以下步骤：S1；预热一圆管至一软化温度；S2；在所述圆管软化后，内套一截面形状为圆形的保护衬芯于软化的所述圆管；S3；通过一预制的压模挤压内套有所述保护衬芯的所述圆管，以使所述圆管形变为一流体传输构件；S4；冷却所述流体传输构件预定时间。
