Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an insulating ultrahigh heat-conducting composite material. The method comprises three working procedures of a shear strength control micro-nano powder dispersion and compounding process, a particle surface molecular equivalent lamination modification process and a fluid medium replacement process, wherein the three processes are combined to be performed in one reactor, or the three processes are randomly grouped to be performed in two reactors, or the three processes are respectively performed in three reactors. According to the invention, nano and micron powder can be dispersed into "primary particle size" so as to reach the micro-nano particle compounding and grading effects, wherein the volume addition fraction of the powder can reach 85.3%, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the insulating heat-conducting interface material (STIM) is greater than 6W/(m.K) and reaches 11.03 W/(m.K).
