Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a photosensitive antibacterial modified porphyrin metal organic framework material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of antibacterial materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out carboxyl activation on a porphyrin metal organic framework material with photosensitive activity by utilizing a carbodiimide method; and then, carrying out amide condensation on a targeting ligand with amino with the activated porphyrin metal organic framework material, so that the functionalized nano-antibacterial material with the morphology and the crystal structure not affected is obtained, and the material has the enhanced bactericidal performance on bacteria. The photosensitive antibacterial material with targeting ligand modification can target specific infectious bacteria, has better bactericidal performance, and has a very good application prospect.
