Zusammenfassung:A diastole-based hemodynamic index, such as instantaneous wave-free ratio (IWFR), may be calculated noninvasively for a patient by receiving image data respective of an anatomical region of the patient, creating an electronic model of the anatomical region, creating one or more boundary conditions model value sets representative of flow conditions during diastole, calculating one or more pressure drops at a location in the anatomical region, and determining, based on the calculated pressure drop(s) and based on a reference pressure, a hemodynamic index value, such as IWFR, for the location. 通过接收与患者的解剖区域对应的图像数据、创建解剖区域的电子模型、创建代表心脏舒张期间的流条件的一个或多个边界条件模型值集、计算解剖区域中某一位置处的一个或多个压降并基于计算出的(一个或多个)压降并基于参考压力确定该位置的血液动力学指标值,诸如IWFR,可以为患者非侵入性地计算基于舒张的血液动力学指标,诸如瞬时无波比(IWFR)。
