The embodiment of the invention discloses a section staining quality interpretation method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring staining information of a to-be-interpreted section as to-be-interpreted staining data; acquiring staining information of a reference substance corresponding to the to-be-interpreted section as a standard staining data sequence, wherein the standard staining data sequence comprises a plurality of standard staining data; detecting the reference substance, comparingto-be-interpreted staining data with a standard staining data sequence under the condition that the reference substance is detected to be qualified, and determining an interpretation result of the to-be-interpreted section so that the integrity and consistency of the reference substance are ensured under the condition that the reference substance is ensured to be qualified; and by quantitatively comparing the staining results of the to-be-interpreted section and the reference substance, determining the interp
