Compact volume compression and weight reduction of pitch shaft systems between the internal gimbal and the external gimbal are implemented through a nested design of an internal pitch shaft system and an external pitch shaft system, and a shock absorber is moved to the joint of the external gimbal and an aerial carrier, so that integral vibration isolation of the gimbal structure is realized.
