Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a flexible soft cylinder cutting heat supply operation control system. The flexible soft cylinder cutting heat supply operation control system comprises a cylinder cutting controller, a first adjusting valve, a second adjusting valve, a pressure detection device, a flutter detection device and a temperature detection device, wherein the first adjusting valve, the second adjusting valve, the pressure detection device, the flutter detection device and the temperature detection device are connected with the cylinder cutting controller; and the cylinder cutting controller is used for adjusting the first adjusting valve according to the steam inlet pressure detected by the pressure detection device, the vibration frequency detected by the flutter detection device and the steam temperature detected by the temperature detection device in the cylinder cutting working condition, so that the steam exhaust flow of a high-medium-pressure cylinder to a low-pressure cylinder is reduced to the lowes
