Plant-based material as well as preparation method and application thereof

The plant-based material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 60-85% of polylactic acid; 7%-15% of toughening resin; 5%-30% of coffee grounds; and the balance of auxiliaries. The sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. Eccentric rotor extensional rheological plasticizing extrusion equipment is adopted to process PLA, PBAT or PBS, coffee grounds, other auxiliaries and the like according to a certain proportion to obtain a modified material or product. 本发明提供一种植物基材料，其是由如下以质量百分含量计的组分制备而成：聚乳酸：60％-85％；增韧树脂：7％-15％；咖啡渣：5％-30％；其余为助剂；上述组分的质量百分比之和为100％。本发明通过采用偏心转子拉伸流变塑化挤出设备，将PLA，PBAT或PBS，咖啡渣，及其它助剂等按照一定的比例，加工后得到改性料或制品。
