Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a polypeptide V2 specifically bound with vibrio parahaemolyticus and application thereof. The nucleotide sequence of the polypeptide V2 is shown as SEQ ID NO.2 in a sequence table. The polypeptide V2 and the application have the beneficial effects that (1) the polypeptide which is screened by a phage display technology and is specifically bound with the vibrio parahaemolyticus and the preparation and synthesis of a immunomagnetic compound are reported for the first time at home and abroad; (2) the enrichment efficiency of the immunomagnetic compound provided by the invention is as high as 93.52%; and (3) separation and enrichment of vibrio parahaemolyticus can be realized within 30 minutes by using the immunomagnetic compound provided by the invention, and compared with the traditional culture enrichment method, the time is greatly saved.
