The feed comprises the following components in percentages by mass: 88% of spheroidized titanium alloy powder, 6% of polyformaldehyde, 4% of polymethyl methacrylate, 1.5% of a lubricant and 0.5% of an antioxidant. The titanium alloy feed disclosed by the invention has good fluidity, a binder in the feed can be rapidly removed while good fluidity and injection shape are ensured, the oxidation phenomenon of the powder in the feed during long-time degreasing is avoided, the requirements of domestic commercial titanium alloy feeds can be met, the cost is reduced by at least 30% compared with that of a BASF feed, and the blank of a domestic titanium alloy feeding technology is filled. 本发明公开了一种钛合金金属粉末注射成型喂料及其制备方法,所述喂料以质量百分比计,包括:球化钛合金粉末88%,聚甲醛6%,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯4%,润滑剂1.5%和抗氧化剂0.5%。本发明的钛合金喂料,拥有较好流动性,在保证较好流动性和注射形状的同时,能快速脱除喂料中粘结剂,避免喂料中粉末长时间脱脂中的氧化现象,能够满足国内商用钛合金喂料的要求,相较巴斯夫喂料成本低至少30%,填补了国内钛合金喂料技术的空白。
