The process comprises the following steps of: 1, an intelligent light separation and crushing grading combined treatment working procedure; 2, a working procedure of enabling rough concentrates obtained in the first step to enter a gravity flotation separation process; and 3, a working procedure of manufacturing tailings in different stages into building material products with different specifications.
