The capsule shell is integrated and is prepared through 3D printing, and a preparation method of the used raw materials comprises the following steps of adding NIPAM, PEGDA, N, N-methylene bisacrylamide and alpha-ketoglutaric acid into pure water according to a molar ratio of 5000: 830: 1: 10 to obtain a solution, then adding a pore-foaming agent accounting for 0.01-60% (m/v) of the total volume of the solution, uniformly mixing, carrying out vacuum degassing under stirring, adding a rheology modifier, and fully stirring to obtain a capsule shell raw material. The drug release curve is programmed through the molecular weight and content of the pore-foaming agent and the release temperature of the hydrogel capsule shell material, and the capsule shell has high environmental stimulation response.
