The preparation method of the carboxymethylated siraitia grosvenorii polysaccharide comprises the following steps: obtaining raw materials: obtaining siraitia grosvenorii polysaccharide; carrying out carboxymethylation: performing carboxymethylation on the siraitia grosvenorii polysaccharide to obtain carboxymethylated siraitia grosvenorii crude polysaccharide; and refining: adsorbing the carboxymethylated siraitia grosvenorii crude polysaccharide through macroporous resin, and carrying out gradient elution and purification by using a 20-90% ethanol solution to obtain the refined carboxymethylated siraitia grosvenorii polysaccharide. Through optimization of the preparation method, the prepared refined carboxymethylated siraitia grosvenorii polysaccharide has extremely high purity, has very good physical moisture retention and sensory quality evaluation effects |
