The film breaking and seedling guiding machine comprises a walking rack, a seedling identification assembly, a film breaking assembly and a waste film collection assembly, wherein the walking rack comprises walking wheels and a supporting plate, positioning rods are arranged on the walking wheels, and the supporting plate is mounted on the positioning rods; the seedling identification assembly (not shown in the figure) comprises an infrared spectrum identification system and a central processing system, and the infrared spectrum identification system is arranged below the supporting plate and faces the planting field to be used for identifying seedlings under the films; the film breaking assembly comprises a film breaking cylinder, a film breaking wire and a lifting rod, a walking through groove is formed in the supporting plate, the film breaking cylinder perpendicularly penetrates through the walking through g
