The culture device comprises a conveying belt, and flowerpots where the potted plants are planted are placed on the conveying belt at equal intervals; a placing frame for placing the flowerpots is arranged on one side of the conveying belt, the placing frame comprises a first mounting plate on the lower layer and a second mounting plate on the upper layer, a first culture unit for primary culture of potted plants is arranged on the first mounting plate, and a second culture unit for secondary culture of the potted plants is arranged on the second mounting plate; and a clamping and moving unit used for moving the conveyed flowerpots to the first culture unit and moving the flowerpots on the first culture unit to the second culture unit is arranged above the conveying belt. According to different requirements for illumination and moisture in the growth period of the potted plants, the two layers of culture units are arranged on the placing frame, the po
