The radiation dose monitoring device comprises a tellurium-zinc-cadmium crystal, wherein the first surface of the tellurium-zinc-cadmium crystal is at least provided with a first electrode ring and a second electrode ring, the second electrode ring is sleeved in the first electrode ring, the first surface is used for receiving to-be-detected rays, the second surface of the tellurium-zinc-cadmium crystal is connected with a driving voltage, the second surface and the first surface are oppositely arranged, the first electrode ring and the second electrode ring are respectively connected with a processor, and signals fed back by the first electrode ring and the second electrode ring are respectively compared and processed by the processor so as to obtain the radiation dose of the to-be-detected ray.
