Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of a magnetic porous carbon nanomaterial in extraction of bisphenol substances in food. According to the invention, fruit peel and/or vegetable peel are/is taken as a precursor, a functionalized magnetic porous carbon nanomaterial which is large in specific surface area, developed in pore structure, rich in hydroxyl and carboxyl functional groups and high in additional value is prepared through the steps of carbonization, pore forming, functional group modification, magnetization and the like, and can form pi-pi interaction and hydrogen-bond interaction with BPs, and therefore, the magnetic porous carbon nanomaterial can be used as a magnetic solid-phase extraction adsorbent for efficiently extracting BPs in 3-4 kinds of food matrixes at the same time.
