Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a full-size flexible composite pipe gas tightness detection system. The system comprises a constant-temperature leakage detection water tank in which a to-be-detected flexible composite pipe is fixedly disposed; a pressure gas source which is used for providing gas used in the detection process; a pneumatic booster pump which is used for boosting the pressure of gas used in the detection process to 4-40 MPa; a pressure control host which is used for adjusting the pressure of gas used in the detection process; and a high-pressure hose which is connected with the flexible composite pipe. Flexible composite pipe joints are arranged at the two ends of the flexible composite pipe, and flexible composite pipe plugs are arranged on the flexible composite pipe joints.
