In the cell culture scaffold material according to the present invention, the dispersion component [gamma]d of the surface free energy is 24.5 mJ/m or more and less than 45.0 mJ/m , and the dipole component [gamma]p of the surface free energy is 1.0 mJ/m or more and less than 20.0 mJ/m . 本发明提供具备适宜的亲水性和强度,细胞接种后的固定性较高,可高效进行细胞增殖的细胞培养用支架材料。本发明的细胞培养用支架材料中,表面自由能的色散成分γd为24.5mJ/m2以上并且不足45.0mJ/m2,表面自由能的偶极成分γp为1.0mJ/m2以上并且不足20.0mJ/m2。
