The invention provides driving assistance flexible calibration equipment which comprises a vehicle centering device and a ground calibration reference object which are arranged on the ground, and further comprises a control device and calibration frames located at the two ends of the vehicle centering device; the calibration frames are provided with a movable space calibration reference; and the vehicle centering device and the calibration frames are both connected with the control device. The invention further provides a driving assistance flexible calibration method.
