The invention discloses a starting control method and device of an inverter compressor and refrigeration equipment. The method comprises the steps of controlling to start the inverter compressor based on parameter values of a parameter set, wherein the parameter set comprises three parameters of positioning current, open-loop current and positioning time, and the value of each parameter in the parameter set is smaller than or equal to the respective rated maximum value; and if starting of the inverter compressor fails, adjusting at least one of the values, smaller than the rated maximum value, of the three parameters to be the rated maximum value, restarting the inverter compressor based on the adjusted parameter values of the parameter set till starting succeeds.
