The temperature control thermocouple protection tube comprises a substrate and the coating which covers the surface of the substrate. The coating is produced by adopting the method which comprises the following steps: pretreating the surface of the temperature control thermocouple protection tube to obtain the temperature control thermocouple protection tube with the clean surface; sealing the temperature control thermocouple protection tube, and introducing liquid nitrogen into the temperature control thermocouple protection tube; installing the temperature control thermocouple protection tube on a rotating clamp, and starting the rotating clamp to drive the temperature control thermocouple protection tube to rotate at a high speed; and conducting micro-arc ion ultrasonic deposition on the outer surface of the temperature control thermocoupl
