Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to application of a 61-bp indel polymorphism of a NC_052534.1: g.4350067-4350127 site of a chicken RIN2 gene in predicting and identifying of abdominal fat traits of a chicken. The 61-bp indel polymorphism can be used for effectively predicting and identifying the abdominal fat traits of the chicken as a molecular marker, including chicken fat bandwidth, abdominal fat weight and abdominal fat percentage. According to the molecular marker, genetic typing is carried out by adopting a method for detecting a PCR product through agarose gel electrophoresis, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cost is relatively low.
