The application discloses a conveying system for an interventional instrument. The conveying system comprises an operating handle and a pipe fitting movably arranged on the operating handle and further comprises a pipe fitting locking device. The pipe fitting locking device comprises: a shell mounted on the operation handle; clamping pieces, wherein the clamping pieces are movably mounted in the shell in pairs, a pipe fitting threading channel is formed between the same pair of clamping pieces, and each clamping piece is provided with a clamping part matched with a contour shape of the pipe fitting; and a driving piece, wherein the driving piece is movably mounted in the shell, a driving inclined face is arranged at one side, facing to the clamping pieces, of the driving piece, and when the driving piece moves, the same pair of clamping pieces are pushed to move face to face through the driving inclined face so as to locate the pipe fitting.
