The invention provides a grounding device, a motor and a vehicle, and the grounding device comprises a conductive rod, a telescopic part, a housing, and a sealing part. When a rotor of the motor is in a working state, common-mode interference current generated when the rotor cuts the magnetic field is drained into a motor shell through one end of the rotor, a conductive rod, a telescopic piece and the housing in sequence, so that corresponding common-mode voltage is filtered out. According to the invention, common-mode interference current can be led out, common-mode voltage can be reduced, shaft electrical damage can be improved, and a closed space formed by one end of the rotor, the housing and the sealing part can be used as a dust recovery device, so that electric pollution of a motor cavity caused by dust generated by abrasion of the conductive rod can be avoided; requirements on creepage distance and insulating strength in motor design are reduced, and the reliability of the motor is improved. Meanwhile
