BATTERY CHARGING/DISCHARGING CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME

A battery charging/discharging control device charges a battery with a constant current in a constant current mode and is switched to a constant voltage mode to charge the battery with a constant voltage when a voltage of the battery corresponds to an end-of-charge voltage.
