Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a coating quality prediction device and a learned model generation method. The coating quality prediction device includes: a learned model that has learned a relationship between characteristics of a paint, conditions at a time of applying the paint, and a smoothness of a surface of a coating film obtained by applying the paint under the conditions; and a calculation unit that uses the learned model to calculate the smoothness of the surface of the coating film from the characteristics of the paint and the conditions at the time of applying the paint. 本发明涉及涂装质量预测装置以及已学习模型的生成方法。涂装质量预测装置具备:已学习模型,对涂料的特性和该涂料涂装时的条件与通过在该条件下涂装该涂料而获得的涂膜的表面的平滑性之间的关系进行了学习;以及运算部,使用已学习模型,根据涂料的特性和涂装时的条件计算出涂膜的表面的平滑性。
