Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a concrete filled steel tube void detection system. The system comprises an infrared thermal imager used for collecting temperature data of a detection surface, a power supply and a wire coil which are used for induction heating, and the wire coil is used for heating steel tube concrete in a form of generating eddy current on the surface of the steel tube; the system further comprises a computer which is provided with concrete filled steel tube void detection software, the software can control starting and stopping of heating and recording of temperature data, the system further comprises a void defect feature extracting program, the program extracts an infrared thermal image obtained from the thermal imager for heat source inversion and temperature prediction, and carries out subtraction on thermal image data obtained by experiments and thermal image data obtained by prediction to extract temperature anomaly features generated by void defects so as to judge whether void exists or not. |
