The air conditioning device comprises: an outdoor unit that includes a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, wherein a refrigerant circulates in the outdoor unit; an indoor unit in which water circulates; and a heat exchange device having a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between the refrigerant and water. The heat exchange device includes: a high-pressure guide pipe that extends from a high-pressure air pipe of the outdoor unit and is connected to one side of the heat exchanger; a low-pressure guide pipe extending from a low-pressure air pipe of the outdoor unit and converging with the high-pressure guide pipe; a liquid guide pipe extending from a liquid pipe of the outdoor unit and connected to the other side of the heat exchanger; and a solenoid valve provided in the high-pressure guide pipe or the low-pressure guide pipe.
