The method comprises the steps of acquiring vibration data and oil return flow data of the hydraulic pump; calculating a health state index of the hydraulic pump according to the vibration data and the oil return flow data; inputting the health state index into a pre-established hydraulic pump health state prediction model to obtain a health state prediction curve of the hydraulic pump; and determining the remaining service life of the hydraulic pump according to the health state prediction curve. According to the method and the device for predicting the remaining service life of the hydraulic pump and the terminal equipment provided by the invention, the remaining service life of the hydraulic pump can be accurately predicted.
