Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum alloy production, and particularly relates to a 7075 aluminum alloy pre-cooling forming method which comprises the steps that firstly, a 7075 aluminum alloy plate is put into a high-temperature furnace so as to be subjected to solution treatment, the solution temperature is set to be 475, and the solution time is 30 min; secondly, the aluminum alloy plate in the furnace is taken out and put into a pre-cooling device, then a hot plate is rapidly transferred to a self-developed air injection device so as to be pre-cooled, and the pre-cooling rate is controlled by adjusting the air flow; and thirdly, the flow of compressed gas flowing out of an air compressor is controlled by adjusting a gas throttling valve, pre-cooling treatment with different cooling speeds is conducted on the plate arranged between spraying devices, and a gas spraying pre-cooling device used in an experiment is an independently-developed gas cooling device.
